Top & Bottom Matching Rim Sets
Matching sets to create scroll-style flat hanging banners.
Consists of a top rim with hanging hooks and a weighted bottom rim. Keeps scrolls and fabrics flat without curling.

The Rimming & Crimping Process
Understanding how our calendar slides interface with commercial finishing equipment to secure printed sheets.
V-Channel Insertion
Printed sheets (single-sheet maps or multi-month calendar bundles) are stacked and fed into the open V-shaped metal rim channel.
Hanger Interlocking
A plastic wire loop or steel eyelet hanger is automatically or manually placed in the rim center prior to machine compression.
Crimping Compression
The calendar tinning machine jaw clamps down, folding the longer side of the V over the paper edge, crimping it into a permanent bind.
Rigid Lock Completion
The compressed sheet metal profile stays locked permanently, providing structural rigidity and prevent slippage under self-weight.
Rimming Machinery Compatibility
Our metal calendar slides are tested and fully compatible with manual, semi-automatic, and high-speed fully automatic tinning systems (including Stuebing and similar post-press equipment formats).

We manufacture custom order sizes for calendar makers, printers, and design agencies. Because our equipment cuts raw metals in high volumes, we maintain a minimum batch size of 100 units.
We ship sample cards containing 6-inch cuts of all materials (Gold, Gray, Black, Blue, Red, White) to commercial businesses for testing on tinning machinery. Check the sample box in the quote request.
